Walls
Outer walls are constructed as brick cavity walls, plastered on the inside face, and the cavity, filled with polyurethane foam, provides insulation against heat and cold. Interior partitions are 9 cm thick brick walls. Separating walls between dwellings are solid brick walls

Floors
The interior floors of each apartment and the common areas are tiled in top quality Ivory Cream Marble, in 60 x 30 cm. tiles. Kitchen and bathrooms have top quality vitrified gres non-slip floor tiles. Balconies floors are terracotta type gres tiles.

Wall finishes
Kitchen and bathrooms are finished in a combination of top quality tiles of different types, with friezes in bathrooms and plastered areas, finished in coloured plastic paint. Living rooms, bedrooms and the rest of the dwelling have plastered walls and ceilings, with plaster false ceilings in kitchens, bathrooms and corridors, enhanced with plaster mouldings in living rooms and bedrooms. All will be finished in coloured plastic paint.

Facades
These will be rendered with cement mortar, and finished with top quality coloured stone paint. Balconies will have enamelled steel railings with wooden strips, as per the project design.

Plumbing and Drainage
The water supply plumbing is reticulated polyethylene, and drainpipes are in PVC. The buildings will be equipped with a water storage tank and pump unit, and water meters will be centralised in the main entrance of each block. Hot water will be on an individual bases, from a 200 litre electrical heater. The bathrooms fittings are top quality vitreous porcelain, white, with top quality single-lever taps. There will be 180 cm (6 foot) bathtubs in the main bathrooms, with washbasins built-in to surfaces and cupboards beneath.

Electricity and telecommunications
The electrical installation, with eight circuits per dwelling, will be carried out in accordance with the Low Voltage Electricity Technical Standard, and all of the meters will be centrally located in the main entrance of each block. Air conditioning
The homes will be equipped with a heating/cooling air-conditioning installation, with individual systems. The evaporators will be installed in the false ceilings of bathrooms, and the condensers in common areas (balconies), with impeller circuit in fibre-glass conduit and return via the false ceilings (plenum)

Interior Carpentry
Interior doors and the main entrance door will be panelled and enamel painted, with silver colour top quality fittings. The main entrance door will be reinforced solid wood, with lever-proof hinges and security lock. Cupboard and wardrobe fronts will be white enamelled wooden louvers, with totally finished and fitted interiors, including drawer units and clothes bars.

Exterior door and window frames
Exterior sliding and conventional door frames will be white enamelled anodized aluminium. They will be manufactured in top quality materials, with multi-point locks on sliding doors to the living areas. Windows will be double-glazed, and heat- and sound-proofed

Kitchens
Kitchens will be fitted with wall and floor units, granite work surfaces, stainless steel sink and single-lever taps. They will include the following major brand appliances: fridge, oven, vitro-ceramic hob, smoke extractor hood, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Exteriors
The estate has gardened, landscaped areas with automatically irrigated lawns in the vicinity of the swimming pools. Access and entrance areas will have qualities and materials similar to those described for dwellings.

Guarantees
The work is guaranteed by a ten-year policy taken out by the Developer, and is supervised according to Law by an authorised Technical Control Body and certified Quality Control Laboratory.
